As women, we are told to love ourselves, trust ourselves, and speak up for ourselves. But how can we do that if no one ever taught us how to truly know ourselves?

A woman who trusts her cycle is more likely to trust her body in labor.
A woman who learned to speak her truth as a girl is more likely to ask for what she needs in birth.
A woman who was taught that her body is hers is more likely to birth from a place of power, not fear.
